Dear Mr. Seo, Mr. Park,

You really a big man who has no time to look into what customers feel about your brands.

My second car is from Maruti-Suzuki and third one is from Toyota. The customer centricity of both Maruti and Toyota is amazing. Whereas, looking at the responsiveness of your customer care, it is clearly visible that Hyundai givs a damn to it’s customer and all favours are meant for the Dealers(minting money). The quality of people sitting at custmer care don’t even know what they are speaking. They simply route(zero ownership) all the issues to delaers and let them handle it the way they want to exploit customer.

Just to open your eyes, please refer to some of the internet posts of customers who have faced issues as same as I have:

I do not expect any reply from you, because I am sure now, that Hyundai customer care and mAnasultangement are deff to customer problems.

Anyway, if you wake up, please delegate your team to go through these posts.

Dear Mr Seo,

I wish, I never would have never written this email to you. But I am extremely surprised to look at the pathetic condition of durability and expertize of a big Korean brand “Hyundai”.

I am still wondering, how come the crank shaft of a car be replaced twice even when the car has not done 100000 Km.

Would request you to spare 2 minutes from your busy schedule and kindly look into the trail email and feel the pain of a customer.

Dear HMIL Team, Mr Mehra,

My Car number is DL3CAQ6439(Santro Xing 2006, total running till date 99890 Km) registered in India.

Background:

Today I have given my car for servicing at Safdarjung Hyundai Gurgaon. I got a call from Supervisor “Anil” that there is some leakage in Timing seal and I gave my consent to replace it.

After few minutes, I got another call saying that the CranKSHA139ft is cut and need to be replaced. I asked him to simply close all jobs and give my car back.

My concern:

In 2011(car running 75000Km approx) when my car was being services at Safdarjung Hyundai Gurgaon, I got similar call from the supervisor saying that the “CarnKSHA139ft” is cut. I agreed to get it replaced and paid a hefty amount to get it replaced.

Today in 2015, I am getting the same call from Safdarjung Hyundai Gurgaon, to get the “CranKSHA139ft” changed again.

My Queries:

  1. Does Hyundai manufactures so inferior cranks which break after 20000+ Km?

  2. Does Safdarjung Hyundai Gurgaon cheats?

  3. Does  Safdarjung Hyundai Gurgaon have right skill to replace the cranks(fitment)?

Crank is the heart of a car, how come this is getting faulty so frequently.

I would appreciate your quick revert to my concern.

I am also posting my feedbacks on various internet forums to get some good advice to deal with this situation.

Regards

Sachin Mahajan
