Santro gls has poor pickup it has peculiar problem of hardness in running at speed of 30 to 40 km/hr it appears that it is pushing back at this speed .
Moreover complaints r not resolved at months together even if lodged to their higher personels ur mail is answered by auto generated mail which has phone number of incompetent officers who r never at seat their call centre for attending complaints do not lodge complaints. power steering of this vehicle is also hard .
OVERALL A POOR PERFORMING VEHICLE
I made complaint to their call centre for poor pickup after that I felt that its ac is also is poor but reply given by them was that u cannot lodge new complaint new complaint as previous one is not resolved . What will u do when they do not resolve ur previous complaint . in that case their is status quo maintained by them . In my view it is a third grade vehicle.
