I’ve had the XS (top end) model of this car for the last 7 months now and I am very very happy with it. It has plenty to offer (love the under-seat drawers, cubby holes in the dashboard, chrome inside door handles etc) . Its the ideal car for city driving and is pretty comfortable even out of the city.
I get a decent milage of around 13 in the city and nearly 16 on the highway.
Hyundai has done a great job improving the looks of the car compared to the previous model (I think the Zip drive). The car has a great finish and is very appealing to drive. It drove well with 4 adults in the ghats. I was totally impressed with the performance of the car and the AC, it really held well. The engine is smooth and responsive.
I’ve even folded the rear seats and used the space to carry a couple of cycles to go cycling with some friends. Now, can you do that in a sedan ?
The Santro Xing XS is a surefire recomendation !!
