I want to share some of my pathetic / worst experience with Hyundai santro xing’s air conditioner(a.c).
My car is 3 and half year old and the problem started from the very first year. After every winter when summer season comes my car’s a.c stopped working and i am facing this problem from very first year to till now.i showed my car to the Hyundai service center but the issue is still standing on its place. It seems like that Hyundai have adopted 1 policy for its cars that "make it, sell it, and forget it" . Pathetic a.c and worst after sale service one can never imagine.
In Delhi the temperature is increasing and breaking all the 30 year old records and what is more worse for me is my a.c is not working. I can only say one thing on my situation i.e. " ek to karela (mausam), upar se neem chada (a.c) ". I am in the sales field and working as an astt. Manager in kotak life insurance and their is no fix time for me to meet my client if they call me at 2 p.m i have to go and provide services to them and the worst part is i have to travel in my Hyundai santro xing which becomes hotter than fire and a.c throws hot air on me which actually makes me feel deadly.
So i personally advice you people that not to but Hyundai santro xing at all. We people spend our lots of money to buy a car so that we are able to enjoy some benefits of it not just to face horrible experiences like i am facing.and also their are lots of other option are available in the market in this particular segment so i strongly recommend don’t buy Hyundai santro xing because its a.c is a big failure.
