Total dissatisfaction with hyundai verna service and manufacturer. I bought the verna 1.6 VTVT @ HMIL. The car exterior and interior can give and stand out from rest of competBrianbalakumaranr. But, when comes to car performance beyond 10000 km, it is really under performing and giving out lot of problem. After I drove about 10, 000 km there was a problem with my car. It happened after a year of purchase, when I drove it, it suddenly lost momentum in half a way and vehicle was about to stall.
It had happened and gave for service at ambattur, chennai. They told me the problem with O2 sensor, as the vahicke under warranty they reolaced it. And after few months back I got same problem again and I changed O2 sensor from my expense. I am getting the same car issue repeatedely again and again, now the situation came like car can drivable only for a week and again the same problem happening. The car engine doesnt have the reliable one I guess. Actually, I have the same problem 4 years back but, again have the same problem and my car went back to service station for 6 th time in a span of 3 months. Th car engine giving up after 10000km, and after 3 years it totally get dying. My advice is, dont buy this car by exterior and interior look.
Hyundai doesnt produce robust engine yet. You know what in 4 years, I drove 28000KM, but, car engine is not upto the mark. Actually, what I found in india, if the car having the problem, the manufacturer doesnt fix it nor replce the parts. They wants to push the faulty car to the customer. If were in US or european countries where norma are severe. But, in india is a bAnasultanna repuplic, these manufacturer produce dud product and a consumer like us buy and suffer with a dud car.i will never biy hyundai car again.
