I have a verna sxi i bought from Jaipur, I have been having problem with the car from day 1 , i have sent the car to the showroom at least 20 times then i made a complaint to Hindustan motors they sent my car to other dealer they too changed the suspension and springs and steering bearing nothing changed. Instead of admitting the piece is defective.They are telling me according car s fine there is nothing wrong in it , if you don’t like the car we will sent our valuator and we can buy it.
It means if a customer is fighting tooth and nail to get his brand new car fixed he is trying to get ride of it how stupid .can some one help me by giving me the number of high authority in Hyundai or should in consumer court. following mail was send.

This is in reference to the home visit and test drive done in your vehicle 24 April at 8:00 pm. Following were the major concerns which you had mentioned
Noise from rear - No noise as such was observed, we tried three times turning the car left and right but no such abnormal noise was there.
Low mileage - for mileage we had given a road trial and the obtained kpl in city condition ac on was 15kpl. It was explained to you that the right method of checking kpl is by checking from tank full to tank full.
High rpm – you had yourself excepted that you have driven many verna and in all of them the observations were similar and it is not abnormal.
Finally you wanted the car to be taken back by the advantage. We have advised our advantage team to contact you evaluate your vehicle and update you the details.
