I am from Erode Tamilnadu. I have bought Hyundai Verna VTVT 1.6 petrol. I was very excited when I completed my research on buying Verna Petrol.
The dealer’s behaviour and presentation was pathetic but since the car was my passion, I did not think about it. I went to ARAS & PVPV Erode to book the car, the sales man called Abdul Rahman told me that, if I book the vehicle by paying Rs. 25000, he will surely deliver the car whitin one week. So I paid him cash Rs. 25000 and waited for one week.
After one week when I talked to the sales man, he started telling stories, that Hyundai has added some new features in the car and he is waiting for those features to launch and then he will book my vehicle in the company. I knew he is telling stories, I talked to some senior executive. He told me to pay the full amount for the vehicle and then he will deliver the vehicle within one week. Hearing this I told him to return my advance and forget the deal.
After this argument only he agreed to deliver my car within a week. So the vehicle came after a week. After completion of all the formalities and payment, he started behaving unprofessionally. Now as promised by the dealer to give some accessories, to my surprise, he started delaying everything. Till today, After 10 days of taking the delivery of car, I have not received the Insurance cover note, Rc Book, Car Invoice, Car user Manual and as promised Under chassis paint and number plates.
See How a dealer can spoil the image of such a good company.
Now I am thinking of returning the car to the dealer and move to the court for my money back
If anybody from Erode, dont take car from ARAS PVPV Hyundai
