Purchased Verna Car on 4th April2010 and the worst experience of driving a new car.... ever since I have purchased it from RISHABH HYUNDAI Okhla - Delhi....i have learnt that one shud get a car from renowned dealers ONLY !!

Would like to bring to your notice that I have purchased a Verna one month back from Rishabh Hyundai - Delhi (Okhla).
It is a Petrol Model and apparently Jan 2010 Make.
Ever since I have purchased the car , dissatisfaction started...First it was the color of the car which was not given to me of my choice , then the delivery was delayed by almost 8 days of promised time... and now when Iam finally the owner of the car ...i am VERY DISSATISFIED with the car..
Few Observations in the car that I have already started giving me sleepless nights : All these complaints were put forward to Rishabh Hyundai in the First Service howver the result is Dissapointing.
Car is running exceptionally very Heavy - From the day One , Car is very heavy to drive...Its more like a Diesel car than a Petrol Car.The same has been shown to Rishabh Hyundai in the First service which was due but I have been Made to beleive that there is no problem in the car...However my Dissatisfaction is still at a high peak. Whenever iam driving the car it doesnt give a feel of a new car AT ALL.
Steering is V. Stiff- compared to other cars : We have one Hoda City, Swift other than Verna...All Cars are Smooth while driving with no such problems but Vernas steering is quite stiff even after first service is done.
Car drifts to the right when I let go of the steering wheel on a straight and level road - Although Self explanatory but this problem was informed to Rishabh Hyundai within 3 days of buying the car and I was told to wait till the first service. First service also happened day before yesterday but there is no change,
Above mentioned are some of the major problems that iam facing in my New Verna
Although first service has already been done by Rishabh Hyundai , they tried to convince me on the above mentioned problems after service however the problems exist.
Is this why one invests 8 Lakhs in a car ???
