Hyundai does not bother about its customers

I am using a Hyundai Verna Fluidic for the last 2 years and recently met with an head on collision driving at 70kmps. The extent of damage on the car was severe but the air bags did not work.  This is shocking given the impact of the accident and I was badly injured. On asking Hyundai about this I was given a very standard reply on what conditions the air bags will open. It is ridiculous on Hyundai’s part to take its customers for granted when a high end expensive car does not provide any safety in a car crash. All tall claims on safety falls apart when actually it is needed. I will never ever buy a Hyundai car and will strongly advocate against anyone buying it. A company that does not bother about the safety of its customers should be banned. Its high time these multi nationals take the Indian customers seriously.
