Verna is a very good vehicle for the First 3 Yrs. I have a Verna for the Past 4 yrs. Have enjoyed driving for the first 3 yrs with no problem. After 3 yrs slowly different parts of the engine conks off. To be more specific recently my verna stopped in the middle of the traffic and wasnt able to start. Luckily it stopped near my home and some how at high rpm I could start and get it in.
I called the Advaith Service center fopr check up and they took 3-4 day to come. And when they took to there workshop and couldnt locate the problem. Finally after 10 days they come up with that your MCU has to be replaced and your have to pay 65 k. After much argument and speaking they still couldnt find out what was the reason for the failure of the MCU. Though be a regular customer of Hyundai and on time service with Advaith bought 2 cars they refuse to replace the unit at there cost, ultimately I had to pay for no mistake of mine and a paid the price for a manufacturer defect.
So the product is good if your planning to keep for 3 yrs. After 3 yrs the manufacturer do not give a guarantee, so watch out of it. I paid 55 k to Learn this. You beware.
