I have purchased a Hyundai Xcent 2017 from Ketan Hyundai Nagpur this Month.( December 2017) .However I have yet not received my car.The distributor has Cancelled the delivery thrice.Initially it wad scheduled to be delivered on 5th of this Month, then they postponed it to 11th and then then 20th.Today when I called uo they denied delivery on 20th as well.They has not been communication regarding this delay.I had called up customer supportto get assistance on this, but even they refused to help me.
This is really causing a lot of inconvenience.Thus kind of Unprofessional service from Hyundai Is really Unexpected.
