Watched this movie recently & there wasn’t much that could stop me from slumbering lower n lower into my seat. The storyline’s not too captivating, tho first time director Punit Malhotra has tried his best to keep up the pace of the movie by putting in some nice punches to tickle one’s funny bone. Sonam Kapoor has acted decently well in the movie though it is now officially established that Imran Khan can’t act for nuts.
Not much really to look forward to in the movie, the only saving grace being nice n catchy music. Sonam Kapoor happens to be already in love with a character played by Sameer Dattani & Imran Khan works for a Director & is against being in love n all.He happens to work with Sonam Kapoor as a result of which they start spending a lot of time together & a Sonam falls for Imran & proposes her love but Imran being against love rejects her. The movie takes a slower pace here & they all go to exotic locations to shoot the film for the director they work for & it’s there that Imran realizes his love for Sonam. The surprise package though is Bruna Abdullah who’s looking incredibly hot in the movie.But the fact that she turned down movies like Kites & Veer & took this one up is incomprehensible.
So wouldn’t really recommend this to watch unless one’s an ardent Imran Khan fan. This’ll be an eye opener, trust me!!
