The iMate Jamin is a very powerful mobile computing device. With wifi, a 128K Rom and 128mb built in memory, this seems to have the necessary features to run programs ( like skype, office - word, ppt and excel) with a certain amount of ease and speed. it takes roughly 40 Seconds to delete 500sms from the sent items, which is quite a feat considering its just a 200Mhz processor. In terms of service, there aren’t too many service centers around the country, which is scary as at times the build of this phone is questionable.
I had two issues with the speaker and one issue with the hands free jack. But overall build wise - I must give this high ratings as I have dropped this phone a few times and nothings happened to the screen. Running applications - like skype- which incidentally works only on speaker phone mode on the WiFi, is pretty smooth. Applications open and close pretty fast. Overall, this is a good phone to have, with a decent battery life and powerful in terms of productivity improvement and cellphone call clarity.
