As you probably realised by the name, it is a science fiction movie !
Isaac Asimov has written some really great sci-fi books and ’’I, Robot’’ was certainly a good one. The movie is loosely based on the book (the book doesn’t have as much action!!)
Overall the movie is good. The sfx are simply brilliant. the robots are very well made.
Will Smith is good, and the homour is very good. The line ’’I’m allergic to bullshit’’ had the entire theatre roaring with laughter.
As usual , the cgi work from hollywood is what really makes these kind of movies great. Imagine something like this made in bollywood !!
A scientist has comitted suicide, and will smith is called in to investigate. will smith is sure that the scientist has been killed by a robot, but nobody believes him. And his effort to prove the crime unfolds a much deeper plot.
The performances are good the the story moves along at a brisk pace, never letting you free for any time.
And will smith’s car is really great!
