Today I want to share my review on I Ball 4G LTE Airway Dongle.
I purchased this dongle on June 2015. And my experience for this product is worse. It is never connected properly in my desktop computer. Per 5 minutes after connecting this device to my computer, it loss the connection. I had very troubled with this device.
1) Internet Speed : - Sometimes its speed was good but sometimes it suddenly stopped and loss the connection. Therefore the connection reliability was very less.
Sometimes it worked well on the laptop but I tried connecting it to my WINDOWS XP desktop and had problem configuring it which tbe costumer support centre hasn’t solved till date. Thus it was a poor experience and there are better options in the market at much cheaper prices.
2) Customer Support Centre : - service support centre are very non- cooperative. They keep ignoring me. It also a bit costly as compared to other brands.
Therefore I would suggest you to not buy it.
