This Review is of Andi 4 di+ and Andi 4.5h. I was not able to write a review of andi 4 di+ and hence I am writing here.
I bought iball andi 4di in november 2013 and since then I am facing an issue of short battery life. The phone switches off after 58% of battery still left in it. I have nearly went for 5 times at the grant rd iball authorized service centre but till date they have regularly failed to solve my problem.
I had warned them the last time that if they don’t help me in this issue I am going to lodge a consumer complaint in the consumer court. My phone is still in warranty. Everyone is turning a deaf ear to me and now lately the phone calls have also started to disconnect automatically.
After Sales & Services: Hopeless and Ignorant.
Suggestion: Please do not buy any iball mobile phones.
