Hi friends I have bought a iball Andi 4u Frisbee. Since I bought this mobile I had a lot of problems.
First of all its battery got damage and it’s camera. Was not working properly. I sent my mobile to service center and they serviced it after 20 days. When he sent back my cell to me I found that battery issue was solved but camera issue was there. I had to send my cell back to them. After that it’s touch screen got damage. I have sent my sell again to service center. My cell was there for 2 months and I called them to inquire about my cell. They told me that sir we are waiting for new touch . They spent another month and send my cell back without being serviced. They are saying that touch is not available even in head office. I think giving services to the customer is their duty. I am very disappointed with I ball. Please friends don’t purchase a iball product ever.
