Its 25th day I purchased iball Andi quadro 5h phone and I hardly could used it for 2-3 days. I purchased this phone from an eCommerce company. Although they do have return policy but its just for saying, no use.
From the very 1st time charging its battery is giving issues. It take 5 to 6 hours to charge and even after charging so long it never charges fully, charging stops at some specific percentage sometimes at 88% sometimes at 76% etc.
I complained the 2nd day I purchased the phone to the website form where I purchased it but no results.
So I took it to iball service center. Their reaction was totally unexpected. Instead of finding the issue in the phone they said all android phones take such time in charging. For Android phones battery is always an issue but when it takes 5 hours to even charging it becomes bigger issue. Service center executive explains me, "see its battery is so big in size thats why it take so much time" He thinks I am a fool, I myself being an electronics engineer know better then him. He was not willing to submit the phone to resolve the issue. After arguing for 10 minutes he took the phone for testing. Now its at service center.
My excitement of purchasing a new android phone and using it is totally over, earlier by that eCommerce company later by iballs warranty service.
