I had bought Iball andi 5k Sparkle 1GB on 2nd August, 2014 from M/s.Jai Maharashtra Mobiles, Dr. Ambedkar Road, Dadar (E), Mumbai 14, (Tax Invoice No. 16076 dtd.02/08/2014 ) Mobile Sr. No. 911362000312126. (M_IMEI No. 911362000210122).
However my mobile suddenly completely dead (Not starting) on 4th Sept, 2014 within period of a month. Hence on very next day 5th Sept, I had given (deposited) my mobile for repair to Iball service centre at: Orian Tower, shop No. 4, Jalbhai Street, Grant Road vide their
Document No. 111141461541217 . However after a period of one month ie 1 st October, 2014 they returned my mobile with 512 MB RAM stating that mother board of 1GB RAM not available in their factory and told me that it will take another 15-20 days to solve this problem.
I really fed up with their after sales service.
I recommend you not to buy Iball mobiles as it has totally cheap quality chines products. Further there is no prompt after sales service given by this company to its customer. I advice you before buying Iball mobile please visit their service centers and see there that thousand of customers facing lot of problems with iball mobiles and companys poor after sale service. I am one of them.
