FEEDBACK ABOUT iBALL FREEDOM MOUSE / WIRED MOUSE AND SPEAKER
Till now I have purchased three things from iball and I have pathetic experience with the service that I have promised to myself and my friends not to even look at any iBall products in future .
First the speaker i693MV headphone, it stopped working within 3 months of purchase .I took to the service center and it again went off within 10 days . I threw it to the garbage bag and bought a logitech headphone and it is working for last 1 and half years.
Around the same time, I had purchased a wired mouse named OptiSmart from iball and it worked ok for me for 1 and half years after which it stopped working . I purchased a freedom series mouse from iBall, it stopped working within 2 months . I took both the mouse to SP Road service center and got it replaced with a even more pathetic old pieces. It stopped working again in 2 days . Again I spent money to travel to the service center and got two old pieces . As expected, it stopped working in 1 day . Again they are asking me to bring me to the service center . SHOULD I TAKE IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER OR TO THE GARBAGE BIN? The answer must be pretty obvious to all
iBALL PRODUCTS ARE ALL USE AND THROW ONCE IT STOPS WORKING .No point taking it to the service center and wasting money and time.
