I purchased one iBall 3G 7803Q-900 slide tablet and it became un serviceable within few months of purchase due to charging problem. Got it repaired at service centre but very poor workman ship and professionalism was demonstrated at service centre. They damaged it intentionally and say that complete motherboard including processor, battery, RAM and all possible electronic components except the casing and touch screen are required to be replaced costing almost complete price of the tablet. Charging jack is poorly designed and frequently damaged. Not recommended to buy.
