I had a good trust om iball brand for its electronic products and quality they gave us in past but for today there is no quality they just making products for compitition and not ficusing on customer requirnment and wuality.
I bought this tablet for my younger brother for his study and internet browsing.
But after using it for 5 months I have many cons for this tab which broke my trust from this brand, :
1- its so bulky and not at all handy.
2- battery bavkup is so bad, it doesn’t last a single day.
3- sound quality is so low for speaker and caller both.
4- it lags a lot while surfing and playing game.
5, - while charging it heats a lot and screen does not respond sometimes.
6- screen pixels are so less that makes a cheap screen look.
7- gurgaon customer service center is not good subject to its service and behaviour.
I bought the tab from same store laxman vihar gurgaon.
Overall its a waste of money, I do not recommend to buy it.
