Very Disappointing Product and bad sales service

I bought this product in May 2017 3rd week. I have handled it very carefully, despite that, it has given a white line on the screen. Okay, I give them a benefit of doubt and understand that its an electronic prduct and might happen to may be 1 out of a 1000 piece.


So I took it to service centre since it is under warranty. The service centre has checked the product and booked a repair. But, they are uncertain as to how many days it might take.


Reason they gave: iball delays a lot in supplying spares, so keep waiting endlessly.
