Well, I had bought Q9703 about 2 months back to be given as a gift to my sister. So personally I have not used it much, except for few things I noticed so far:
The tab gets hot very fast.
The battery drains fast, despite less usage.
Apps or working gets hung up pretty often.
The sound volume is very low.
Otherwise it’s good so far, not tested the after sales service yet. But at least the company guys are prompt in their reply.
It is not everyday that you come across a tab that has 2 GB RAM.
