I bought this tab on may 2014, after 2 months I got display flickering. Services center replaced the display after 2 months but condition of tab so pathetic that there were many scratches on the screen, when asked the service center they told that this happened while testing the display. I am not sure what kind of testing they are doing on the TAB that scratches screen.
After 10 months of purchase battery is dead, in spite of charging it always show battery low. Again service center replaced the battery but ruined camera gave it. Luckily I checked it there itself and returned again to services center. But service center is telling that they require 1 week to fix it.
Guys iball service center in Bangalore SP road is pathetic, instead of repairing the devices they are ruining the device and giving to customers. I would recommend IBALL to give at least good service if they wanted to stay in market. IBALL, In first place try to produce defect free devices.
So I recommend people to be careful with service center.
