Beware before you buy this tablet. It looks great but dont fall for it. I did and I am regretting why I bought this product. They day I received the product 14th July 2014, it was working fine and I inserted my sim card and it was not working.
I called Ebay they washed their hands saying we cant exchange the piece or give you refund, you have to go to the seller. The seller coolly said please come to the service center we will repair the tablet for you.
My question is the tablet, the tablet is not even a day old, if something is not working, do I have to go behind these nut cases to fix my tablet. They should be taking care of it, that is customer service. Please before you buy any product from iberry beware of their so called customer service, it is horrible. They have a website, they tell you register the complaint and also say somebody will call you, so far nobody has called me. This is india, if a product is cheap, nobody cares if you need justice, some times even if the product is costly you as customer have to face the brunt of it.
Beware before you buy any product from Iberry.
