Very poor product. I bought it in August2013 from EBay. From day one facing issue like Heating up, frequent restart, suddenly Phone stops recognizing SD card and to correct you need to restart phone. Voice problem, Phone gets hang, camera issue many of these are operating software issue.
Along with above my phone was giving electric shock while charging. As per their return policy, I tried to return within 7 days but customer care forced me to keep this product. He told me that he will not return and will only replace phone.
As per their return policy if Customer do not like product, Iberry should return phone by deducting courier charges on actual. But in actual they don’t follow it. Iberry forced me to get replacement.
I couriered their phone back and it took about 1month to get replacement. Replaced phone was not having electric shock problem but other mentioned issue were remain as it is. They do not have solution. Its poor quality chinese company.
Ebay do not give invoice so for Invoice you need to ask Iberry. They issue Invoice from Order date. it means if you have give order in July like in my case and got product in Mid August but your Invoice will be from the day when you ordered.
As warranty starts from Invoice date so in actual you are getting only 11 month warranty instead of 12 months.
Only hardware specification is good but usability is nil. They are not able to solve their operating system issues. You will not find any update. Customer service is very poor.
Even they tell Gorrilla corning glass but finding many people screen broken. Cost of screen is about 10000 INR. Touch pad issues are very common.
Local service center do not keep parts and many of Iberry Service centers are working for many other barnds. Due to poor Iberry support these service centers avoid to give service to Iberry products.
So literally for each issue you need to contact their Chennai office and send products to them by your own expenses. They do not keep parts and keep products 2 to 3 month to repair.
You will not get any after service, ROM upgrade. Its worst company so do not get fool by seeing hardware specs. 12000 INR or 16000 INR are not less money so buy if you do not care your money.
