Two weeks back I was looking for my best friends twin feeding pillow. It was listed for 8K on amazon.in, while searching for a cheaper option I came across ibhejo.com. Same product was available for 5, 800/- on iBjejo(it costed me Rs 5300 after first order discount of Rs 500)
This was the first time I came across this website so I was little sceptical about ordering through them so I googled for review and found the mouthshut reviews. Most of the reviews were negative but being from e-commerce industry I know that people generally write reviews when they are not happy and it needs to be discounted.
I also found the review from Mr anurag0583 titledMix felings but I got what had ordered which gave me hope that things are not that bad but it was still a risk. Then I noticed that they have an option to pay through Amazon Pay which gave me the confidence to place the order.
I placed the order on 14th, same day I got the email that order is being processed. I checked the order status and it showed that order is being processed by some store in NY. I checked the status again after a week and found that package has already reached india and custom clearance is done, which was much faster than I expected(frankly didnt expect that it will happen so fast, was hoping that by now product would have shipped from US). I received the package on 24th, 10 day after placing the order. Product was packed nicely and came directly from manufacturer.
Since I had seen so many bad reviews I decided that day itself that I will do my duty and write a review about my experience.
I did face some technical issues in website. After clicking on track order link in email it showed me a blank page and after that I could not open the ibhejo website. I had to clear the my cookies for opening the ibhejo website again. There was no bluedart tracking number in email which was sent after package was shipped from mumbai. I saw the email on 24th morning, wrote them for the tracking number which I didnt receive but got the delivery on same afternoon. But these were minor issues which I believe they will improve on in future.
