Mix felings but I got what had ordered.

Well, I ordered a toy named Lego Tecnic Monster Truck on their site. On Amazon, the same product was at Rs. 8300-9250 with different vendoes and iBhejo was one of them.


I checked the same product on their own website https://ibhejo.com and was surprise to see the price at about Rs. 6700. I, actually in excitement, took no time to place the order as this was the price which is absolutely not available anywhere.


Once ordered, I was also happy to see that I got the shipping reference details in about 12 hours or so.


However, after that, it all got stalled for say about 7 days. No update nothing.


I then checked the reviews on internet and was fumed to see so many bad words about them and was actually feeling I am almost robbed, cursing myself on why not reading the reviews before ordering.


Finally, I called up their Mumbai office and spoke in a sort of legal language with their executive. They assured that the item will reach me in maximum another week and I warned them that is the only option they have.


To my surprise, the shipment was in transit to India in next 24 hours and then it also reached to me in next 3 days.


I was so skeptical and was not sure about the quality that I asked the courier boy to stay there until I didn’t verify the package.


Finally, I am happy to share that in my case, everything went well and the product was in perfect condition and was exactly the same which I had ordered.


So, overall, I am actually quite happy that I got a product at quite lesser price and one which is really nice.


I generally see their track record is really bad with Mobile phones & most of the reviews are related to mobile phones not being delivered or delivered refurbished one.


I believe they can do much better if they become little more proactive & faster in warehouse handling & shipment.


Based on their negative reviews, I can surely say they need to improve on their mobile phone division and need to win the confidence of the buyers community if they really have to be in the market.


In cases of refunds where orders are cancelled, there is no excuse with them & they should be extremely prompt in refunding back the payments to the customers. They should learn this from Flipkart.


So, I would say, it was a mixed feeling where at one stage I felt cheated when I didn’t hear any update for about 10 days but then they say all is well if ends well.
