I had booked a cab from ibibo Ryde for Jaipur to Delhi for 4: 00 PM after checking out from hotel , I reached the stop where there was pick up, I called the driver he said vehcile has some problem he will not be able to come, The cab owner said he will send another cab approximately by 6: 00 PM, I waited till six and called other driver he said I am on my way to jaipur and first I will drop all the passengers then I’ll pick you up .
After a hour of waiting and trying his call he switched off his phone and I got stucked now I again had to stay for a night as I trusted ibibo Ryde but not for next time.
It’s customer service is not up to the mark they just do not have right people above and under them.
Transportation is ok but after this incident I have trust issues with this company.
