Ibis hotel seems really comitting when it comes to its infrastructure and services they provide you with, but, only on paper. My stay last week with Ibis was not as I was expecting it to be. The services looks really good on paper but in reality the customer service is really poor. After ordering the lunch, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes until they served it. Even though the restaurant was empty, they took a lot longer to serve food which really drove me crazy. When it comes to room service, one word, HORRIBLE! I called room service from my room asking them for extra cup and sugar. One hour passed and no one showed. I called again and they said that there was no such request from you for cups and sugar. I felt like murdering myself at that point.
Food quality was ok-ish nothing that great.
Room were comfortable and nice.Overall my experience was not satisfying at all.
