I always heard about IBM and its products. and many of my friends who worked or working in this company have just one complaint that they do not get salary hikes or appraisal. well we can demand some amount of good money while joining but later you cant expect anything in terms of hikes as you will be paid only when you get promotions. the only good things about IBM is work from home options. you can work from home and you will be provided with laptop and job security is also good and it depends on your performance also like any other it company. work environment is good if you are working in a team and in office and if you work from home then you cant feel the work environment:)
