I have got placed @ IBM India as Incident Co-ordinator with 3 years of work experience and i’ve been offered band 5 with a comparatively less salary. Can anyone please explain me the actual job profile of Incident Coordinator @IBM ?? during interview, they told me that I wud be working in change management but they offered me a position in IM. I know this is not the place to ask questions, but I cant find the answer elswhr :(
