IBM is a trusted brand and well known company of USA. It is one of the biggest companies of the world. My cousin is working with IBM since 3 years in Information and Technology Department. He often talks with me regarding companies policy and working environment. The salary structure varies as per knowledge and experience. As long as works good his/her job is secured. There are ample growth opportunities within the organisation and company also provides very good working environment. Although one is required to stretch his/her working hours on requirement of project which at-times becomes cumbersome for Employees. But a good company to work and grow with specially in IT sector.
