I have been working at IBM full-time(More than 2 years). Seniors are quite helpful, Gets you loads of global exposure.
Too many things to learn, very progressive and forward thinking types. Lot of flexibility.New things to be learnt.Good H.R. support.Well cordination with seniors.
New challenges.But salaries on the lower side.Too big you can get lost.
My advice to Management take a bit look at leaves and salary.Otherwise you people doing a great job.Keep it up.
