I have worked 2 years with IBM Hyderabad location, The People managers doesn’t have common sense how to behave with the employees. They talk rubbish all times on the floor.
Even It is CMM Level 5 they do not know how to send a cheque to employees as a final settlement.
They have missed my middle name on the top of the cheque, it was really shame on the payroll dept as they do not even know how to send a cheque to employee. I had tough time to convenience the bank manager to clear the cheque in the main branch. Instead I should have sue the company.
