I visited ICARE hospital and I am also not happy with their working style and staff of the hospital. Firstly when I called the hospital for appointment, the person who picked the phone said your appointment is fixed for 4:30 pm but you may still wait for around 1 and half hour to see the doctor. So I reached the hospital before time. For the payment the machine was not accepting the cards. So I had to give them the cash. I went through several tests and I am quite satisfied the way the doctors did the various tests.
But I was pissed off when I saw people who came late were going before me. And I was waiting and watching .
After some time I asked one of the staff’what is my number, when can I go and see the doctor’. He said Sir you can after the current patient comes out. But as soon as the patient came out another person quickly went inside the doctors room and I kept watching. Thanks to the doctor who send him back and called my name. At that particular day my check-up was not complete and I was called the day after that day. I said that I could come around 7 pm and doctor said its OK.
The next day I came, I was told to sit and wait.
I kept waiting and 3-4 patients who came after me went through the check-up.
When I lost my patience, I asked when my name would be called and people one by one are going inside for the check-up. The girl staff taunts *’Sir inhone appointment liya he’.* I was freaked out *’yar mene bhi to kal bola tha k I will at 7 pm.’
Well guys, I dont know much about the doctors. They seemed good to me. But the staff and processes of the hospital is purely govt hospital type. So don’t expect much from them.
