My flight was terrible from start to finish.There was a delay from Keflavik to USA.
I missed my flight because of this delay. I had to buy another ticket from JFK to my last destination and pay from my own pocket. Iceland air did not take the responsibility.
They don’t give the option to buy your ticket all the way to your last destination if you buy your ticket from their web side. Then because of their delay you miss the airplane, buy the ticket again and then they say they are not responsible.
Also you fly extended hours on the ocean and you don’t get lunch or dinner less you pay for it extra. The customer service was rude, the crew on airplane was rude. I would not recommend this airline to anybody.
