I have seen a lot of queries on ICFAI Business School.I have read the reviews as well. Being a student of IBS I feel I am in a position to give people a clear picture of ICFAI.
As far as the curriculum and the teaching methodology are concerned, the school is among the best B-Schools in India.The faculty to student ratio is good as well.But as far as the batch size is concerned it is large, although this doesn’t affect the placements.
This year(2005 batch), the placements have been rocking. Many students have been palced overseas and the average salary is expected to be around 6 lacs. That is a big leap from the 3.4 lacs last year.
Finance Sector has been the biggest recruiter at ICFAI, Hyderabad.WIth the residential campus almost ready and expected to start by June is going to be the biggest achievement of ICFAI in recent times.
With this IBS will be able to put forth a more concentrated effort to achieve its goal.
So all those who had doubts about ICFAI should think again.
By the time the new batches pass out ICFAI will achieve new heights.
