Second instance ICICI Launches junior officer training prog. 1 mnth boot camp at several location kids just out of colleges from villages mostly picked and taught I dont know what but That guy enters a mall wearing dark shades and poses as if he is Dilip Kumar or Devanand On escalator ad same guy wearing shades talks to a client would be in mall sir account kholiye hamara sab bahut achha hai, Hindi horrible talking to a customer on phone sir tum aaya branch aayega bm kar dega aa jao . hum tumko bolti hai. Yaar just give a brk. Trainginshould be to groom not just to get bonded labour.
Lastly profits are falling good wats the big deal middle level management sitting like ducks realy ducks bashing juniors Complete waste of tie and career ... God save ....
