I’ve account in icici from past 6 years and its really very good and easy to access. I’ve never faced Any issues with icici till now. On line transaction, neft and imps are really good services. Without going to back we can do many things online only.
Coming to security part, I can tell u this is best. Without out your icici debit card and your register mobile you cant transfer funds. This part is amazing and it takes one step ahead comparing to other banks. Even customer care is good, they will resolve issues maximum on call only.
We have many branches all over the country and still expanding, hope after sbi this have many branches.
I suggest to use icici as its secure and if you are interested.
