I had started my career with ICICI Bank in June 2014 and worked for 2 years on the job profile of forex management. I would like to share my experience on working with ICICI Bank.
You won’t get good amount of exposure since bank each activity is divided to many employees so you will have a small portion of work exposure.
They are not a good pay master and annual increment is 3-4% and that too on basic salary. Although job security is good with very low increment. If we talk about the work environment, I couldnt find it good.
I would not recommend anyone to join ICICI Bank.
