Fake promises, Fake words, all you can get banking with ICICI Is fake, and irritation., I don’t know they even don’t bother about our feedback.
But as a current account holder, I know how value is our that to in business hours. Initially wen we incorporated our company as pvt.ltd so many bank people approached me showing their facilities and promises for prompt banking.
I have chosen ICICI thinking its best based on their ad’s. But I came to know everything is false. They took minimum balance as 50, 000 and said its a privileged account and you can finish your work..in 5 min.
Whatever deposit/DD/NEFT. We will allot a person to take care.
But when I went first time to make a NEFT.
They asked me to wait, not even providing a chair to sit at least, no proper response, finally it took for me 45 min.
To make a transfer and come out.
And there are a lot of instance. Their feedback/complaint box was lock opened and anyone can see letters/take out.
DON’T OPEN A CURRENT ACCOUNT IN ICICI Bank, particularly mine is Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad branch. YOU WILL REGRET LATER. For all guys who are into start ups and planning take a current account. Don’t consider ICICI Bank.
