I am working as a Back Hand Officer in ICICI Group(Prudential Life Insurance) from more than 3 years with a small salary package. I have lot of experience in cash handling, data entry, form underwriting etc. but I am not having a graduation degree till now. this is my last year of graduation. That’s why I am not promoted yet.
My family conditions are expecting more earning from me. I was clear many Interviews, but at the end they asked me "are you graduate" this sentence makes the whole difference in my life.
A undergraduate person who has more skills & talent then a graduate person can not do anything in his/her career. I have been drop a year of my graduation. I suggest to all of you please don’t do this like me. Firstly complete your education then start your career. Its a requirement of today’s world.
