My mother have an account with this bank @ Tolichowki Branch, Hyderabad. When I shifted to mehdipatnam I have transferred my account to their mehdipatnam branch. It was just in minutes got the account transferred online.
I think no other bank provides such a service online. Now here comes the worst part of their service. One day I went to their branch for withdrawing the amount through check. It was my mom’s account, I went to the counter for withdrawing the cash. They said that they signature at the back of the cheque. Ok I went to home & got the signature at back. After standing 10-15 minutes at the counter, that fellow said me that you cant withdraw this much amount . He took my id & I gave it to them. They called to my mom & asked about it.
My mom told them that yes she gave the cheque & need the money . As I am bankers mom I was quiet on their inquiry since I know they are doing this for our safety. Now even worst part comes here, they made me wait for 1 hour for giving the cash which made me late for aishwaryasingh23ing the amount to the person for which I have withdrawn the amount.
