Im really very disappointed with the services you guys have for an account holder. I opened and account in your bank and if I say that I want your help to deposit cash in my account, am I wrong in anyway? No Im not. But the people of one of your branch ignored me and asked me to do it myself through one of the machines you guys have installed in your bank.
The security guard in your bank is much more genuine and helpful than you guys. That humble man helped me understand everything step by step.
And lastly, I get a call from your call centre on daily basis 3 times back to back to opt for a credit card. Guys, IM REALLY NOT FOND OF ANY MORE CARD SERVICES FROM YOUR END. DONT CALL ME AGAIN AND AGAIN.
