Crap customer care!

I have applied for an replacement card and I got the same 14 days back bearing the number 4181570001231336. I didn’t received the transaction PIN till now. I tried at least 30 times a day to reach their customer care people. Due to exceptional calls on customer care number they are unable to answer my call. this is answer I got from IVRS. yesterday to my surprise I got connected to a customer care executive who in turn connected to the system which generates the PIN online.


But, after 22 long minutes I waited in the call and came to know that the system is down. Is it the way a bank maintains a system that too often used by their customers directly? How many days will these people expect their customers to run around them to get the Transaction PIN?. If you they have a exceptional calls from customers then let them please keep a board in front of  their bank stating "WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW ACCOUNT OPENING HERE AFTER". that will be helpful for people like us to select some other bank doing good service.


The another pathetic service is  24 hour Phone Banking in any  their advertisements. Believe me its just 2 Hr Phone banking only that too customers having luck will get connected and customers with super luck will get out of the call with successful transaction.  Please don’t ever decide on just seeing advertisements on popular channels. The greatest thing a BANK can do to its customer is Quick turn around time and response they give as quick as possible. If  a bank is not in a position to just hear customers then how come they will attend the service calls promptly?


They are good at ATMs and Internet Banking  facility. I agree even SBI also installed ATMs only after ICICI. The Hard earned Good will and Reputation this people are losing with their CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. Please make sure before you open a account with any banks. Be selective,  we always look banks who can pay a moderate interest  for our money deposited. but at the same time be sure about the customer care services. If you are unable to get the things done from the customer care service at needy times, then the please be sure money you earned is the money not for you. its for the bank who uses them for their own financial growth.
