Friends this is my very bad experience in banking. Icici is the worst banking I ever seen.I have an salary account in ICICI bank from last year, in my account they are deducting amount unwantedly, this is happening from last year. In our office most the people having this issue, for this issue we complained many times but still now they are doesn’t take care of this issue. When we are asking about this issue they telling your company grade is a problem but for this grade problem we given proper letter and proper information from our side but they still now doesn’t do that.last month they deducted around 2600 rupees from my account, for this issue I asked them, they told many reasons for that but nothing is acceptable because I already complaint two times and they also refund many back to my account, and also for this refund I spend more than my refundable amount but last two month its really irritating for me, because in this account my two wheeler EMI also going. Last month I paid my EMI amount to my account but they deducted full amount from my account as MAB charges. my ECS was returned due to insufficient fund but I paid amount before one day of my due date.for this issue I complained to icici bank they casually told balance was deducted as MAB charges. After happening this problem I paid 620 fine amount to my finance bank, this is because of them only but the big irritating matter was icici bank also put fine for my ECS return. The reason behind ECS return is their lazyness and their worst customer service only if they resolve my issue in my 1st complaint itself it does not happend now.for these all issue I gave complaint letter and asked refund to them once again, even that issue is not resovle still now but they deducted amount once again in my account today, because of this deduction my ECS returns once again and after this ECS return they once again deducted amount as ECS return charges.this is also a type of cheating friends beware of icici bank.

Palanisamy - Salary account handling person(he just tried once to help me but unfortunately he does’t no that, I am not complaining him just tell you he also involved in this issue)
And last year salary account opening incharge in ramnagar branch I don’t know his name.
And many more.the above persons name only I remembered.
FOR THIS ALL ISSUES AND CHEATING I AM GOING TO PUT A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT SOON WITH MY COMPANY EMPLOYEES.
