I am the customer of icici bank since 2012. ICICI Banks customer service is India’s best service that I can assure in this time. Becaue I ever seen a perfect and quick banking service from other banks.
They treat us very politely and helping manner. All operation are systematic so we can save the time in this bank. Also mobile is one of the best banking application in india that is iMobile.
Online fund transfer is also very much easy and three step security verification is very good. Card grid verification, mobile OTP verification, password like three step security available for our safety. Payee adding is instent and can transfer the fund in next minute.
We can find many icici ATM’s near at our city. And one more fesilities is we can transfer and do banking operations using ATM also.
I having zero balance account so they won’t charge any payment from me only 100 rupees for debit card usage. Also platinum debit card ATM withdrawal is one lack per day. No one bank give this fesilities.
