I’m using icic multi wallet customer card. It can be used for corporate reimbursements for fuel, meal, travel, medical expenses. It has its own username and password for internet banking. The credit got late for two days for my card due to technical reasons. So I got in touch with the helpline. They had asked me all details clearly in a kindful manner and within 4hrs of the discussion, the issue has been resolved.
